Kristina has been a registered massage therapist for 3 years and is currently registered with the CMTBC. She began her studies in Athletic Therapy and went on to study Massage Therapy at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario.

Being a lifelong athlete she has recently embraced mountain sports since moving to the Rockies. With a passion for cycling and triathlons, white water kayaking, skiing and snowboarding, Golden is the perfect place for her. Massage Therapy helped Kristina through injuries from the many sports she loves and inspired her to become a Massage Therapist. She believes “motion is lotion”, implying our bodies need movement to maintain good health and through massage therapy we can optimize body mechanics and achieve great things.  

As a trauma informed therapist she is deeply committed to providing a safe, calm and welcoming environment for clients. Kristina’s clinical interest is in sport massage, rehabilitation and prenatal massage. She uses a variety of techniques such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, as well as advanced techniques such as Myofascial Release Techniques, Tripper Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Level One Soft Tissue Release and Facilitated Stretching. Kristina has additional training in Prenatal massage and Indian Head Massage.
